NO. 001 / AUTOMATIC MECHANICAL
A small world.
Working together.
Meet the NH35. Turn it over, take it apart, and discover the machinery that makes a moment.
Keep exploring: rotate, zoom, select parts or change the exploded view. Return to this step restores its suggested view. Exit restores your previous setup.
Six beats per second. Exploding pauses the mechanism; reassembling resumes it. Internal gear motion is illustrative.

A reconstruction,
with its workings shown.
This is an educational interpretation of the NH35A, based on TMI drawings, parts catalogues and teardown references. The external scale follows the specification. The SS drawings also specify the stem, rotor, hand fitting, dial interfaces and clearances. Internal outlines, positions, thicknesses and hidden surfaces without dimensions are approximated; this is not manufacturing CAD.
Exploded spacing is designed for exploration, not a service procedure. The running view uses a shared simulated clock: six beats per second, linked hand speeds and a daily date advance. Internal gear ratios, escapement contact and winding motion are illustrative; this is not a physics simulation. Watch hands are added for explanation and are not supplied with the movement. Geometry detail and the number of displayed jewels are simplified.

The drawings use 1/100 mm units on these sheets. Values below are converted to millimetres; fitting diameters are not the hand lengths.
| Reference | Dimension |
|---|---|
| Movement diameter / with spacer | 27.40 / 29.36 mm |
| Movement body height | 5.32 mm |
| Hour-hand fitting diameter | 1.506 mm (+0.006 / −0) |
| Minute-hand fitting diameter | 0.891 ± 0.005 mm |
| Seconds-hand fitting diameter | 0.215 ± 0.005 mm |
| Type M H1 / H2 / H3 | 0.88 / 0.61 / 0.42 mm |
